A day to measure your space
Drawings, images, and finish selections to demonstrate the design intent to your contractor (or to you, if you will DIY). Drawings may include floor plans, elevations, renderings, and details
1 hour of phone consultation after design delivery, to answer any unexpected questions
1 site visit in early construction (1 virtual visit for projects outside of the Seattle area), to catch any design-related surprises and help you pivot accordingly the project will become on a very broad level and figure out what will be feasible. This often requires that we do code research, and sometimes will take a trip to your local jurisdiction when questions arise.
Our goal in offering light architectural services is to make thoughtful architecture and interiors accessible to as many homeowners as possible.
