AZA offers house calls to help homeowners with questions that can be resolved in an hour or two of time on site or over zoom. A house call can happen at any time in your project timeline - predesign/feasibility, schematic design, design development, finishes and specifications, detail work, and light troubleshooting during construction.

A HOUSE CALL IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF

• You would like expert residential architecture and design advice

• You have a clear idea of what the scope of our conversation will be, and/or what areas of your project “need help”

• You live in Seattle or can provide enough project context for a zoom meeting

• You already have a dedicated design team or plan to manage your project yourself. You understand that AZA is only available for assistance during the scheduled house call.

A HOUSE CALL INCLUDES

• 1 hour minimum of one-on-one consultation with Ashley Zaworska to discuss your project desires and constraints

• Quick hand sketches as needed to convey design intent
